There’s the killer funk of Mandrill, the rousing vocals of a young Charlie Wilson with The Gap Band, and the phenomenon that is Sir Stevie Wonder. More soulful classics follow with Lenny White, Bobby Womack and Bobby Thurston and we finish the set with a track from one of the greatest albums ever: ‘Pieces Of A Man’ by Gil Scott-Heron.
