Continuum – A Journey Through Jazz
Episode 15: Sultry Sirens 3
Hosted and Produced by J. Scott Fugate, ‘The Jazz Evangelist’
This week we continue our journey through Jazz with the third instalment of ‘Sultry Sirens’ – but with a slightly different vibe than the classic, smoky, bluesy, sirens of Jazz and Blues that you’ve heard over the past two weeks.
This time round is a little more exotic and soulful – featuring the Argentinean flavour of Gabriela Anders, some French flavour from Connie Evingson and Les Nubians and some Spanish flavour from Esperanza Spalding. There’s also soul drenched Jazz & Blues from Anita Baker, Regina Belle, and Carla Cook – as well something smooth and cool from the likes of soul divas Ledisi, Maysa and Jhelisa.
So, once again, relax, hydrate, and share the show with someone you love . . . or dream of sharing it with someone you might love one day. Enjoy the ride!
I’m always delighted to hear from you with any comments or requests you might have. Please get in touch via Scott@Soulandjazz.com.
