A collector of soul music since 1976, Phil Driver is the founder of Soul Unsigned, a UK-based company that supported unsigned and independent Soul, Funk, Jazz and R&B artists through its website, radio shows and record label. Although the company has now ‘retired’, it is important to note the support that it gave to many aspiring artists and the role it played within the industry.
