Been very blessed these last few months in having the opportunity to touch base with so many musically talented individuals. Trumpet player Theo Croker meets that criteria and then some. Based in Miami and New York he made a huge impact in 2014 with his seminal offering ‘The Afrophysicist’ featuring his mentor Dee Dee Bridgewater. He spoke to me from his New York base about his career, his spiritual rejuvenation and his new release Escape Velocity.
